How to order
In order to place an order on our website, it is necessary to go through the following steps:
Choose the desired products, using the menu and filters, and press the "ADD TO CART" button.
To view the products you have chosen, click on the shopping cart in the top menu of the site and click on the "VIEW CART" button. Here you can check the list of selected products and update the quantity.
If you want to continue shopping, press the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.
If you want to complete the order press the "END ORDER" button and then select one of the following options:
"Login" if you already have an account created.
"Registration", once you place your order, filling in the fields marked with a red star and using a valid email address.
"No account", once placing your order, filling in the fields marked with a red star and using a valid email address.
Select Delivery Method:
Either opt for "Courier Delivery",
Either opt for "Lift from headquarters".
Check / fill in the invoicing and delivery data and choose "Payment method". It is necessary to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the site, together with the Personal Data Protection Policy.
To launch the order, press the "Confirm order" button.
What are the next steps?
Once the order is placed or, as the case may be, at the time of payment completion, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order registration.
Your order will be taken over as soon as possible by one of our operators.
Depending on the availability of the ordered products, we distinguish two situations:
If your order includes only products with IN STOCK availability -> the registered order will be processed immediately and the package will be shipped or can be picked up from the headquarters in 24-48 hours.
If your order includes at least one product that has AVAILABLE type availability, the operators will check the execution time of the product / products, and your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order registration.
Confirmation of product availability and the estimated time for delivery of all products in the registered order is done by either e-mail or telephone.
If all products are available, your order will be confirmed, along with the estimated time for delivery of all products in the order.
If one of the products is unavailable and the others are available, depending on your option, the order may be canceled), or it may be processed for the available products.
If all the products are unavailable, the order will be canceled *), with your notification. In this case, you will be able to place a new order for products with similar characteristics or for any other product, which you can identify even with the help of consultants.
The delivery time (see details on the Delivery> page) for the available products is calculated from the moment of confirmation of availability by e-mail.
A purchase invoice will be issued for the products to be delivered. You have the obligation to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice, according to the legislation in force.
The purchase invoice will be sent to you through the account within the website: My Account or Complete the order.
When the package is delivered to the courier, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment, and you will be contacted by the courier regarding the time of delivery.
*) NOTE: If the product is unavailable and the order placed / placed has been paid in advance by bank card (full Visa / Mastercard payment or payment in installments), the amounts will be refunded within a maximum of 4 working days.
All prices and costs within the site are expressed in Lei.
We reserve the right to change at any time and without notice to Users the prices and discounts of products sold. The change will not affect confirmed orders. The prices and discounts of the products included in a confirmed order are valid until the moment of making the payment related to the order, but without exceeding the terms communicated by the Professional for making the payments. These periods may change depending on the existing stock, without notifying the User.
Discounts, discounts and promotions do not overlap. The discount with the highest value will be applied to the ordered product.
In case of a product displayed with incorrect price or incorrect information due to typographical errors or errors in setting prices or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products that have an error. If the order has been paid, the money will be returned as soon as possible, if the notified Buyer does not want another product or the product ordered at the right price.
The orders will be honored in the chronological order in which they were registered by the system. An order cannot be honored if, on the same product, another order was registered before it, from a chronological point of view and subsequently confirmed, leading to the exhaustion of the stock. If the order has been paid, the money will be returned to the User's account, if the notified User does not want another product.
The products selected and entered in the shopping cart, for which the "ORDER CONFIRM" button has not been pressed, remain available to the user (provided that he is logged in) for 15 minutes from the moment of adding to the cart. After this interval, the products may or may not be available, depending on the dynamics of the Professional's stocks. This period may change depending on the stock of the Professional, without notifying the User.
In case of orders for which the User has selected the payment method by PO / bank transfer, the products included in the confirmed order will be reserved for a period of 4 calendar days. This period may change depending on the availability of products, without notification to the User.
Any changes to the details of an order sent before receiving the e-mail confirming the shipment of the package, insofar as they will be accepted and confirmed by it (example: changes in the delivery address), will lead to a delay of 1 working day. of the delivery term communicated through the Delivery section.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and / or to restrict the User's access in order to place an order and / or to certain ways of paying for orders, in the following cases:
if it finds that the User has provided erroneous or incomplete data;
if it considers that the User's actions could harm in any way, as a result of the abusive use of the website by the User, or as a result of the User's conduct outside the website regarding the orders placed through it, in ways which contravene the law, including by reselling purchased products.
In these cases, orders will be canceled following a prior notification sent to the User by e-mail, or will restrict the User's access to place an order and / or certain methods of payment for orders, without prior notice, without any party to be able to claim the other damages.
