Return policy

Because our intention is your full satisfaction when you purchase products from the website www.dacartmontessori.ro, Dacart Montessori SRL complies with the provisions of Law 51/2003 for the approval of Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts, law that gives the buyer (only under the conditions of the normative act) the right to within 10 working days from receipt of the products, without penalties and without invoking any reason, or if serious defects are found to return the purchased products, after a prior notification sent in writing to Dacart Montessori SRL.

The return of the products will be made at the customer's expense, in the original packaging and only if they have not been damaged, and will receive within 30 days from the unilateral denunciation in writing (document signed by the buyer and sent electronically or by mail with confirmation receipt) the value of the order. After returning them in the same condition in which they were received, we undertake to deliver the value of the products or others in exchange, according to the notification.

Dacart Montessori SRL has the right, when it considers that the client's actions were of bad will, to request damages from him, under the conditions of the legislation in force. Also, Dacart Montessori SRL reserves the right, in such situations, to subsequently refuse to honor any other orders of the customer.

Any complaint regarding the condition of the products delivered to customers will be brought to the attention of our company within a maximum of 24 hours from their receipt, by telephone or by e-mail at the contact addresses on the site.

If the products cannot be delivered or their integrity is affected during delivery, the customer can request the return of the amounts already collected by Dacart Montessori SRL, but no additional compensation. The maximum value of the obligations of our company towards any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of a package / product is the value of the amount collected from the customer for the respective order.
