Cubing Materials

In Montessori pedagogy, Cubing Material (or Cube and Square Material) refers to a specific set of advanced mathematics (level 6-12 years) used to visually and tactilely understand powers of numbers (raising to the third power) and cube roots.

It is a complex set of wooden cubes and prisms, of different colors, used to extract the cube root of large numbers arranged in a wooden tray.

This product is a teaching material, not a toy. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age without supervised by an adult.
